We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Package not received
All the orders have track information, if you could not get your package in promised time, please contact us and we will contact your local post office to check what is going on, most of time your order delivered failed because of the wrong address or post office could not touch you, we will give you the name, phone number, local track number of your local post office, please contact your local post office to get your package.
if you could not get your package in promised time and your address, phone number is correct, you can just request resend free or full refund.
We do not support refund or resend once the track information marked delivered success.
Missing item(s), wrong item(s) or incorrect package sent
During delivery, please make sure the package is in good condition (no sign of being opened) and confirm the contents before signing the package.
If one or more of the items you received are damaged, different, or not working, you can contact us and tell us your order number, name or email of the order, we will refund you and you do not need to return them.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
