Once your order is placed, it'll ship within 3 business days, and sometimes late up to 7 business days due to out of stock (Mon-Fri, GTM+8), Please allow additional processing and shipping time for weekends and holidays.Each customer will be provided with a tracking number via email or message, allowing you to follow the progress of your package.

We cooperate with Yun Express company to deliver your package, and the Yun Express cooperate with your local company like US-USPS, GB-Royal Mail, AU-Fastway etc to deliver your package.

While you can choose your local currency through the Currency Selector at the top of our website, all items are priced and charged in US dollars at checkout. The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will be charged, but it should match closely with the current rate.
